Pitney Bowes tracking gaps noticed

Had a shipment going through Pitney Bowes while keeping an eye on how tracking updates move between checkpoints. Everything showed up in order, but there were moments where updates didn’t appear for a while and then several changes showed at once. It creates that pause where you’re not sure if the package is moving or just waiting to be logged. Does their system batch updates instead of showing them continuously, or is it tied to how different facilities report status?

Shipping only becomes memorable when something slows down and nobody can tell where the package actually is. During one busy week, I was tracking an order that seemed stuck in the same status forever, so Pitney Bowes ended up on my radar for all the obvious reasons. Reading through user feedback gave a better sense of how people experienced tracking updates, delays, and whether communication around delivery felt useful or just vague.
