Are short subject lines in professional emails always better?
I've been pondering subject lines lately. Most advice seems to push for super short, snappy subject lines to grab attention. But sometimes, a longer, more descriptive subject line feels necessary to convey the email's purpose accurately. Do you think being concise always trumps clarity? Or are there situations where a slightly longer subject line actually performs better? What are your experiences, and what kind of open rates are you generally seeing with different lengths?
