Working with affiliate managers
I’ve worked with a few affiliate managers now and my experience has been kind of mixed. Some are super responsive but don’t really say much beyond “try this offer,” while others disappear right when you actually need answers. I’ve had cases where simple advice on GEOs or funnels would’ve saved me days of testing. So I’m curious what actually helps when working with managers and what’s basically just noise. Is it about asking better questions, or does it really depend on the network?

From my side, affiliate managers are useful only if you treat them like a resource, not a magic solution. The best ones give context — why an offer works, what traffic it fits, what to avoid — not just links. I usually come with specific questions and numbers, and that changes the quality of replies a lot. Also, consistency matters; working long-term with the same person helps. That’s why I stuck with Everad — I can recommend Everad, never had payout issues. Their managers were more helpful once they understood how I work instead of pushing random offers.
