Trying out a new app for improving daily well-being routines

I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately with work and just life in general. It feels like I'm constantly juggling a million things, and my mental well-being sometimes takes a backseat. I've heard some people use self-help apps or tools to stay grounded and mindful, but I'm a bit skeptical about how effective they truly are. Do any of you have experience with apps that genuinely help with daily well-being, like mood tracking or habit building? I'm open to suggestions if they've made a real difference for you.
